I just meant that Artpark is closer to Canada from the whirlpool bridge than Buffalo is.

So if I was coming from the GTA, the best way to get there would be to take the bridge at Queenston I guess?

...- not very good for a Hip concert if you ask me.
I have never seen a concert here though , only plays....
This place looks very similar to The Venue Formerly Known as Pine Knob in Clarkston, MI. At Pine Knob, there are several large video screens on the back wall of the stage and several more on the surrounding pavillion over-hang. Those of you that have been to the Knob, know what I'm talking about.
It looks like a great place to see a concert with ample visibility. REgardless, I'm there!

Not much talk about this show.
Has anyone got tickets for it yet and if so, where did they get them?

For anyone looking to get to artpark: Queenston bridge, follow the robert moses to lewiston, go through the village of lewiston (center street) and make a left on south 4th street. Lewiston is a beautiful little town with some bars and shops. Kinda like niagara on the lake of the U.S.

I hope this does not negate a Darien Lake show this summer. That would be a shame.

What
do they call the Knob these days?
One of my favorite outdoor venues....always seemed to have better-than-average sound for pavillion-types...

Yes - thanks Dana!
I wonder if thehip.com is doing a first in line ticketing for this show too? If so, they would probably have to go on sale by the end of next week...
MAv? Any news?

One of the last Hip emails said another presale April 10th, so I have to assume that now means Artpark.
