The Horrible Esthete - 01-26-2006
Sam, ACL began as a low-budget program for a Public Broadcast TV station in Austin Texas featuring musical performances of local standout musicians (mostly country-western acts).
Some 25 or 30 years later, its still pretty low-budget, but it features
select artists from American roots-rock or blues or folk or bluegrass or country-western genre. I don't know exactly what criteria they use to select performers, but they always seem to be accomplished artists with REAL talent.
It's pretty much my favorite regular TV program. Check out whatever episodes you can. There have been some incredible ones over the years!!

Great song.. :thumb:
As far as Bob Saget, as soon as I saw "Dirty Work" I knew he was a little different than the guy on "Full House". That joke about 'Faceoff' and 'Ziegfreid and Roy' was CLASSIC!!!!!

What about the random Bob Saget cameo in "Half Baked"...
...it more than made up for those hideous voice "impression" on America's Funniest Home Videos.

Somehow, without one ounce of talent, and as best I can tell - without one redeeming quality other than some sort of body odour that attracted Ms. Spears - this guy is living in a fantasy world. He'll never have to worry about money. He gets to spend his spare time recording "music", and I'm willing to bet he has yet to change a shit-filled diaper despite the fact he's got 8 kids or whatever it is. Just imagine having that guy's life! He's the male version of Paris Hilton without actually being born into money.
yeah, but he has to live his life in fear...."i can't fuck this up...i can't fuck this up" and honestly, i think he's a pretty natural fuck-up.

What's to f**k up? If she dumps him he gets millions to go away. Then he shows up on dumb reality shows like 'Dancing with the Stars" for the rest of his life. Pretty sweet gig if you ask me.

Back to K-fed again...
Ohmigod! Maybe it was the pained look on his face while it's playing, concentration, ears bleeding, who knows but then he gets this momentary goofy smile of "oh they're all here for me. they're all watch me, listening to me!" & he has to hide his face in his chest to try to stay cool! Like a schoolgirl!
Yeah that pained look was probably both: concentrating on looking cool & the pain caused to one's ears listening to that polution!

Under the agreement, Federline is reported to have a payment clause giving him $US300,000 a year continuing for half of their number of years they were married.
So if he can keep that bimbo satisfied for four years, he gets $600K. Not to mention the money he'll get for his tell-all book, selling pictures to the tabloids, releasing a home made video, etc etc etc. Again, that's a pretty sweet gig for being a useless tool.
Mind you, I'm surprised he agreed to those terms. Considering her net worth is estimated to be in the hundreds of millions, enforcing the prenup wouldn't even make her accountant blink. Of course - given that he's a moron - he probably didn't hire a lawyer to negotiate the terms.

I hear you.
But does that mean you'd be cool with your last conscious thought being of The Colonel battering Pamela's breasts with his 'secret recipe'?
Ehhhh...erhm....uh...no. ew. *shudder* ...though it did make me laugh a lot. I'd be a much grumpier girl without Conan.
