What happened to you?

You might regret this, ten years from now when you look back. Sometime in the future( when Gord is 80) you could go back and open a trunk or a box with all your Hip stuff and remember the days gone by. You could look at the posters, shirts, etc. and remember the concerts and all the good times that were had. Don't sell or give this stuff away...I definitely think that someday you will wish you had not done this. You don’t have to be a full on groupie to enjoy the band

I'm going to be sorting through some hip stuff in the next little while and posting it up for grabs. I'm going to keep my music because that is something I'm so passionate about but I don't think I need 50 hip shirts that I don't wear. I already sold tons of them but I still have more I'd like to liquidate. If someone is looking for something specific, please PM me and I'll check my collection.

This is absolute mayhem!! People calling dibs on everything... I'd say that hipfan39, should just post his home address and we can all go over to loot and pillage his hip memorabilia collection.

All of this has made me think. What if we had our own Hipbase Ebay. Hip fans could post hip related things for sale for 1 week auctions and those interested could place bids. There could be a separate section on the main hipbase page to search through items for sale and the winner after the auction ends get the item. How does this sound?

If I had any money whatsoever to bid on these auctions, I'd say this was a fantastic idea! As it stands now, it'll be fun to ohh and ahh over the memorabilia.

That's not a bad idea Jamie, but some of the money made would have to go to Lance c/o the Hipbase to keep this place going.
