Just like everyone else, I'm trying to purchase Cleveland tickets and I can't. I just sent an e-mail to TicketMaster Customer Service explaining the problem. We'll see how long it takes them to make things right.

Ouch...but two Syracuse were almost $89 US for the pair. Talk about rip-offs with the service charges. But we've all been down THAT road before...

After 25 minutes on the phone with TM USA I got the answer to our ticketing issues. The reasoning from TM that the tix weren't/aren't available is that the concert promoter did not provide the "release codes" to TM in time.
