Eldorado
Sharks
The Darkest One
Thugs
It's A Good Life If You Don't Weakan
I agree with all of those!

A few I'd like to add...
-Escape Is At Hand...
Appreciated by big Hip fans but casual fans are probably unfamiliar with it.

-Lake Fever
Standout song for me on what many people think is a sub-par Hip album.

- Cordellia and The Last Of The Unplucked Gems
Again, die hard Hip fans like both these songs but casual fans probably overlook these in favour of more rocking songs like Little Bones and Three Pistols on Road Apples.

- Pigeon Camera
Don't here much talk of this song.

Most underrated, eh?

Put me down for Thugs (still my favorite Hip tune, and video), Pigeon Camera, Sharks, Leave, and Cordelia...

The official IBE release countdown...T-minus 32 days... :thumb:

Haha, pretty weird we posted almost identical songs at the same time. Good call on Leave, I forgot that one.

I also wanted to add Every Time You Go...another one that gets over looked on its album, but it's my favourite off of Up To Here.

- LoftyPines - 05-27-2004

Tiger the Lion for me. I love that tune and would love to hear it played live more often!

- Cpt. Trips - 05-27-2004

-Put it Off.

-Escape is at hand

-Freak Turbulence

-Beautiful Thing

-Opiated

- The Heron Outside - 05-27-2004

Did Gord D. write Put It Off? I think he did...anyways...What about Yawning Or Snarling?? Or Daredevil? Even better...Membership, especially the version from Sausalito. More of Gord beautiful imagery......but by under-rated, are we basically talking any song that doesn't get played at every show?

For sure! Those songs rock too, and may I add Stay. That is a beautiful song.

Apparently picking an underrated Hip song is like picking a favorite child...

You See Details!

I can't believe this song never made it on a release! It wouldn't've fit on Road Apples but it would have nested perfectly on Day For Night, speaking of which, Inevitability Of Death also rocked hardcore!!!!

- lord brazle - 05-28-2004

erred, i meant it wouldn't've fit on fully completely. too many good songs on it already.

Gotta add Throwing Off Glass to the list. I don't think this one gets enough credit even from the die hards. It didn't grab me when I heard it on MWB soundtrack but on IVL it seemed to take on a whole new personality for me. Love it.
