I went to South Africa over Christmas and in 2 weeks managed to eat:

Ostrich 3 times
Zebra
Kudu
Springbok
Crocodile

It wasn't really as gross as it sounds, it's just kinda hard to wrap your head around what you're eating.

Springbok is a species of antelope native to South Africa..I think Kudu is a species of water buffalo.

The Kudu is actually also an antelope. Magnificent animals!!

You got it. Both are antelope-esque. The kudu can be identified by the white patch of fur that circles its behing. It looks kinda like a bulls eye with the ass being the centre.
