Sorry no matches...................Im livid.Never had front Row up until almost today.To me this is almost unforgivable.Im a seasonal small business owner and this has already cost me more than the tickets.Im sicked and tired of the bullshit from Ticketmaster and Mavs shotty running of the site and shitty experiments gone wrong.If it were 1x I could move on but this happens almost everytime.How much more can a fan take? Now I have to change my postal code to hope that maybe they will be valid.grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
update-apparently presale tix are sold out.I feel bad pointing my anger in anyones direction especially after being reassured by Mav that I will be going no matter what,please understand my frustration.Ive been sick and unable to do these big outdoor shows anymore and look forward to these smaller shows.I want to take my 6 year old girl to her 1st Hip show and our trailer is less than hr from Cobourg,so I hope this works out.Alot of people were put on hold for 45 minutes only to be told presale was sold out so i know im not the only one near tears here.Tragic

Another Hip presale, another shitshow. I appreciate that they try to do things for the fans but it's almost always a disaster of some kind.

I am also very disappointed with today's (and yet another) screwed up presale. The presale is meant to reward/provide access to purchase prime tickets for fans who follow a band on a more than casual basis. Sadly, this presale (and others that have come before it) have been more tortuous than anything else. It is HARD to watch first, second, third, fourth row ticket purchases get refused.
Today's problem led to some people gaming the system with incorrect postal codes that don't match up with those associated with their credit cards. That's a problem- for ticketmaster (who's policy states that ticket orders will be cancelled for this kind of fraud), the credit card companies who have agreements with customers that do not permit this kind of thing, the fans that are stuck between risking problems vs. not getting tickets, and ultimately the band itself whom is unfortunately becoming associated problem presales. I mean who among us was surprised when it wasnt working. Frustrated yes, but surprised no.
As someone that chose not game the system and kept on searching in the hope that TM or the band would fix the problem, I am disappointed.

like everyone, i was not surprised... MAv just emailed me that some people outside the restricted zone were able to buy tickets and that they would try and help the fans who switched their postal codes if a problem arises.
