To go inward is an act of surrender. From this point, one just let's 'whatever happens happen'. For example, you may notice yourself getting upset or defensive about a post someone has written. Now, normally you may quickly follow these feelings or thoughts and post an offensive or bashing reply. However, if upon reading anothers post you instead surrendered the initial reaction, through the power of choice, and acted out a new creation, then you would begin to consider yourself a creator, rather than victim. Such seperation we see, eh? When one goes inward, what is seen and known of the outside world becomes clearer in that "all of it" begins to come from one Source, or point of reference.
Going inward, surrender to the Source, makes one familiar with the Source; similar to dipping a white cloth in Red water....eventually it turns pink...then red. To cognize and experience the Absolute (Source) is one level of conscious awareness; sleeping, dreaming, and waking state are others.
Reminding others of these snippets IS an action that I perform as a hobby and form of expression. My inward approach has gotten me in touch with some exciting hobbies and talents, by-products of course; Writing is just one of them. Percussion (drumming) is another.
