I thought i read somewhere there was no cameras allowed ... I would like to bring my digital camera to get some decent pics.
Bring it - as long as it isn't "pro" or larger than your head. If it's a point-and-shoot digital you're fine. If it's a DSLR you might get denied.

The tickets almost always say no cameras or recorders - I think it's a default field that's printed. (FYI it's not on my Hamilton ticket...)

Ahh. It was on tiicketmaster when i purchased them ... but all i have is my shoddy not even close to a 6 megapixel camera.

For Saturday's show I'll be in BB 11-13 with my wife, and my daughter and boyfriend will be in CC 9-11. We'll be at The Honest Lawyer sometime around 6. I'll be wearing a black IBE witch doctor long sleeve. Looking forward to meeting some of the boardies and friends. 8)

Suggestions for a location? Where do the meet ups in the Hammer usually happen?

Re: Hammer Time - Roy-at-tth - 09-29-2009

You know what would be awesome?

Imagine this: the encore is about to start. Jim sits at his piano. Slowly, he starts playing a few familiar chords. Then Gord chimes in - "ust a small town girl, livin in a lonely world..." lol

Yeah that's right! I'm lobbying for the Hip to do a cover of Jounery's Don't Stop believing at the hammer show. Do you know how epic that would be!?!?! lol

On Another note -- any word if this is actually being filmed?

Re: Hammer Time - hotmetal401 - 09-30-2009

We'll be at the Honest Lawyer tonight. Here goes everything.

Cheers,

Pat

Re: Hammer Time - thehip11 - 09-30-2009

There are tickets right now on ticketmaster. I just pulled 5th row for Saturday night.

Re: Hammer Time - ianmac - 09-30-2009

Got four tickets in DD and four in D for Friday nights, Kids are in D and the adults are in the 4th row. I know it will be a great night being so close to the action. Last saw them at the second Detroit show which all will agree was a fantastic show. I wish they did do covers like the last tour as a tribute to the city they were in. I would vote also for Don't stop believing...... It would be a lot better then a GD version of Hammer Time
