saw Queens open for Zwan at the university of buffalo about 5 years ago and it had to be the worst band I have ever seen live. Just a wall of indistinguishable noise. Zwan, however, was fantastic.

I remember reading some of the reviews to their shows last year, and they weren't very favorable at all.

QOTSA are pretty good live, i'm not sure if they're as good without Nick on bass (lucky i got to see them back when he was still in the band), but i'm sure they're still really good...although, that's the type of band that's WAY better in a smaller venue...

soooooooo pumped to make the trek to halifax tomorrow.
My fingers are crossed for Better Living Through Chemistry... but that's unlikely.
