i too heard about the Pat last night. My stepbrother called me today, and said he heard Gord D showed up there and "may" have played something. He wasn't sure. He did also say he heard they were going to show up at Buds on Broadway this afternoon (sunday)- I went for the off chance that it would happen, but of course nothing.... (unless you like colin james)

99% sure they didn't, my bro was sniffing around town Saturday at the usual places where they may have played and didn't see em.My buddy also said Gord didn't show up at the Songwriters getogether thing.They musta been be road weary or something.

No, i'm quite sure they didn't actually play anywhere.

The damn media around here was spreading a ton of rumours. The Rawlco stations (which are terrible) were saying all kinds of ridiculous things - they even were even saying that Justin Timberlake (god forbid), and Jim Carrey and Jenny McCarthy were going to be there.

And almost every nightclub was advertising that "this is where the big stars will be hanging out".

I did see David Gogo and Jesse Palmer. cratch: :lol:

However, I heard from a more reliable source that the Hip (and other artists) showed up at the Odeon after the Junos - didn't play, but mingled in the crowd...
