It's because it is on CraveTV in Canada as of this past Sunday night. CraveTV is Bell's streaming service and the documentary is a Bell Media product. You used to be able to do a free month preview, not sure if they still offer it.

Bought the bluray today. Not much in the way of bonus features, but there is a pretty cool featurette about the band's songwriting process and musicianship, including a full performance of Nautical, interview clips with all 5 guys, as well as insights from Feist and Sarah Harmer. Chris Walla is featured briefly as well, talking about how cool and unique Nautical Disaster is.
