The last few weeks i have been listening to A LOT of Stone Temple Pilots & The Who. Still loving the new Buckcherry album "15" too!

I haven't picked up a lot of new music this summer....only discs off the top of my head i've bought in the last few months are the new Buckcherry, Chili Peppers, Pearl Jam, Tom Petty & Wolfmother.

I like the new Audioslave single "original fire" and definitely looking forward to the release of the new album next week! Looking forward to the new Sloan album, as well as the new Hip obviously.

It's funny you mention that one, because I was just listening to it a couple of days ago. I had just finished reading an article in Guitar Legends magazine about the birth of Pearl Jam in 1990 and the making of both "Ten" and the Temple of the Dog record, which of course inspired me to dust it off and give it a couple of spins. I hadn't listened to it in years, but I think it holds up really well.

That magazine is awesome! Lots of sweet Pearl Jam stuff in it.

I can't seem to stop listening to Temple of the Dog, I spin it every other day for a week then take a couple weeks off and it's brand new again. A nearly flawless blues rock record in my opinion.
