safe travels to everyone heading over to our lil' island!
i ~think~ we'll be arriving around the time the doors are opening so i'll do my best to locate any hipbasers near the front and/or soundboard!! :thumb:

I've been waiting for this day since September 3rd... Hard to express the excitement I feel as I listen to their live stuff at the moment...
I will have listened to that much Tragically Hip in the next few hours that i'm not sure its healthy
The Hip are on now, they will play while I fall asleep and will be on when I wake up...
They will be on in the car for the whole trip to the island.
They will be standing right there on stage blowing my mind yet again while I stand there in awe...
They will yet again be listened to on the trip home from the Island Saturday (and well, pretty much everyday after that too seeing as it's pretty much all I listen to in the first place anymore...)
The only time I won't be listening to them is when i'm listening to the other bands at the concert, but nothing like a little break to build suspense while waiting for one of Gord's unforgettable rants.
To all of you attending (and those of you who unfortunately are not able to make it) may you all have a great Canada Day Weekend!

I'll be in and around Charlottetown probably before 3:00 if anyone wants to set a meeting place or roundup or whatever.

I have to do some things in Charlottetown but I'm gonna see if I can be at Peakes Quay at about 3:00 or 3:30. I'll be in an IBE t-shirt and my IBE green hat. Hope to see some hipbasers there. :thumb:
