Apocolypse Now, I think Robert Duvall had that line , that or the surfer kid. Hell maybe even Sheen , can't remember now, actually I think it was one of the lesser characters, just in one scene.. The mind is failing me, do I have the right movie ?

Thats the one, and yes it was Robert Duvall. He was sooo good in that movie.
