at 10:22am, after punching my wall repeatedly, I got a front row center single seat. I couldn't believe it! Ticketmaster works in strange ways

I just registered recently for this forum too, I pulled up some 4th row's on multiple occasions, but like everyone else got errors, and was never able to get any when the system started to work. Been on hold now for 45 minutes+ friggin ridiculous.

Wow, what a shitty experience. Took the morning off work for this? I can understand not getting tickets at all, but giving up 4th row for a technical glitch. Now where do I take out my anger? Ticketmaster doesn't give a shit. I hate to say it, and I know what the reaction here is going to be, but the only recourse I have is to be pissed at band management for using ticketmaster. Let's just say I'm glad I haven't bought the album yet. I don't know, maybe I'll feel differently after the rage wears off, but right now I feel like no $$$ will ever go from my wallet to this band again.

This is an OUTRAGE! I had tickets on no less than FIVE different occasions but the orders kept screwing up.
I tried e-mailing the band, but the webmaster shrugged it off with a lame response, saying:
"Thank you for your email. Please note, there are NO exceptions to the rules for this show."
For a band that has survived and thrived on fan loyalty, this is no way to treat those of us who have spent oodles on CDs and concerts over the years.
I'm super pissed!!!!!

What other options do they have though? TM basically has a monopoly on ticketsales. Are there any other ticketing agencies in Canada (other than venues that handle their own ticket sales)?

If you go to the Music Hall website, you can enter your row and seat number and it will show you where the seats are.

5 times, the transactions kicked out, and then I wasted a half hour on the phone with customer service who could do nothing.
I'm really upset at this....

Trevor: I didn't know about this site until a couple of days ago... but I can assure you that you don't have to be logged on here for years to be a fan.
I went to my first show in the early 90s and have every album — not to mention various shirts and the like.
I was just sharing my frustration with everyone else. And I'm especially upset the person on the band's end is basically telling ppl to screw off.
