what an absolute gong show that was to get 4 tickets to Winnipeg...there has to be a better system than that, that is embarassing...anyway $560 later, atleast we will have great seats for the Winnipeg show!

Got 4 seats for Guelph - took a half hour of loading and reloading to make it go through...brutal
Plus - $112 for price level one?? For Guelph? Really?

With all the trouble that we've been going through today for pre-sale tickets, they owe us an apology by playing the entire EP, followed by 50 other songs, in a bar, just for fan club members.

Prices are relative. Here is Winnipeg I think the Beiber tickets were $120+, so compared to that crap, the Hip tickets are a steal!!!

Thanks to all of those who purchased and continue to purchase tickets through the pre-sale this morning. We know problems were experienced and that there has been a delay in the ticket ordering process. Unfortunately our vendor's servers had a large load of traffic to deal with this morning. Thanks for your continued support and patience .

I did not want floor (although they may have been in 106/118 as well), getting too old for that so I went down one level and the seats were in section 103/121. I was in 121 for The Wall which was great because of the size of the production but this is too far away for the Hip IMO. Fairly up close or not at all for me at this point.
I also needed 5 tickets which was over the limit. my daughters boyfriend has some connections and is attempting to get 5 tickets in 106/118, I will know in 2 days. Otherwise, we try the regular purchase stream. If i fail all around I will just go to Mexico that week instead..lol

That was an excruciating process but I managed to snag a pair for Guelph. My confirmation email came at 10:22, so with all the delays hopefully that’s still early enough to be good seats. A friend was getting Toronto tickets for me, but we didn’t get our confirmation there until closer to 10:40.

In what can only be described as the largest pre-sale clusterfuck in internet history, I was able to secure 4 Level-1's for Edmonton and 3 Level-1's for Red Deer.
This whole process has stressed me out. I will tell my children and my children's children about the horror that was today, in hopes that they pass along the wisdom of "what not to do" to future generations.

With all the complaints here - it's easy to overlook what a great opportunity the band has given us with these pre-sales. Yes, there were problems, but I for one thank everyone involved for allowing us these options before the regular public!
