I'm on hold with them now, waiting to bitch them out. I'm sure I'm not alone.
Of course, i still have to get showered and be somewhere by noon, so they had better answer soon. Knowing them, they surely will not.

wow...these guy at ticketmaster are on their game; their competition has to be stressing - oh ya, they have none so we are all stuck with this crap! Same pain as the rest....ended with row U but lost much better.

As if we weren't anxious enough at 10am, then this horseshit. I got tickets FLR1 row O, so I'm not complaining, but I feel horrible for others who got screwed hard by TM. My buddy got jobbed, so I won't see him at the show, so I'm pissed.

i had all of the same problems detailed here...mostly re canada not showing up
i got the the process ticket request stage at least 6 times and hit process only to get some sort of proxy error and then checked my profile and got nothing
awful experience...prolly the worst ever

I was shut out 6 times, I spent over $1500.00 on this tour so far wth ticketmaster getting its cut, I am so pissed ! I called ticketmaster and the woman said this kind of thing happens when it gets busy, she hung up when i expressed my displeasure !!

fuck me....that was hell.
i managed to snap up Row C last seats off to the side. im totally pumped..but im gonna need a stiff drink and a delicious lunch to come down from that struggle.
if there are any more tickets out there. i dunno if this will help any of you, but sometimes when my browser is loading, the popup blocker or whatever messes up the page. i pressed Ctrl when the confirmation page was loading, and thats when everything worked properly. then my sister went to grab a pair of tickets. same issue was goin on for her, confirmation errors galore. she pressed and held ctrl and it worked.. coulda been freak luck. but give that a try if all else fails....
Now the struggle has a name...its ticketmaster! :nooooo

well, i've kept it up for 45 minutes now hoping something might come through, but nothing. Had a baby sitter lined up ahead of time and everything!!! I was so stoked when the tixs popped up at 10 and then wham... gone. Oh well, maybe next time ;(

This elevator music while I'm on hold is only making me more angry. I'm highly considering going to shower, and playing elevator from my ipod dock into the phone in case anybody answers.
Of course, I'd need elevator music on my ipod for that to work.
