Yea, not too many artists release triple-albums these days. Even double albums are rare.

This seems like an ill-advised career move, but it could be fun. I wonder if the discs will have different themes - maybe an acoustic one, a rock one, and a...blues or countryish one? I'm not sure where he'd go with that. That's the only way I can really see it work, but maybe he'll surprise me.

This is awesome! What a great deal and idea. I tried heading to maple music but it seems to be down, does anybody know any cost/sale date information about this package?

^ It's $66, when I discovered it last night I checked Maple Music and floors were sold out but balcony's were still available. Also it looked like if you wanted a pair of tickets you had to buy 2 of the package (and thus get two copies of the album) for $132. So I decided to wait it out for the public on-sale, which was earlier today...and I managed to get first row floors! The tickets themselves were $39 plus ticketbastard charges, which came to $108 for a pair. So in retrospect the pre-order deal is still pretty good (essentially you get two early, autographed copies of the album for $24), if you don't mind sitting in the balcony (I just checked ticketmaster again and pulled up third row floors)....

I've only listened to it once but it sounds good, love the horns. One day we get a new Hip song, the next day a new Plaskett track and then sunday I'm in Cuba for reading week, as Joel says in the new track "Good things come to those who wait!"

Great new tune. Really looking forward to the new discs. 3 discs, still can not believe it.

Ya, Plaskett is a machine! 3 discs is unheard of! Has anyone heard wishful thinking? its wicked! PLASKETT!
