There have been a few that were captured and shared. I posted a DVD of the sound check before the 2005 Holiday Jam.
they released some soundcheck material in the live 10 series, too

Nice, way to go - I am working the T-Shirt/Swag Booth at the Barrie Shows so a sound check there won't be the same as yours but... I'm in and being paid to be there + will see a good portion of the show.
