State Theater April 12th downtown Detroit! Can't think of a better venue!!!
I agree with Spottrax. This is a great venue for The Hip to play at. I believe the main floor is usually general admission and the balcony is reserved seating. There is no website that lists the State Theater's capacity, but I think it holds about 3000-5000 people. It should sell out between Detroit and Southern Ontario fans.

Sweet, had my fingers crossed that they would add a Detroit venue.
Maybe once the addition to Casino Windsor is done they'll come and play there, then I won't have to cross the border and instead can just stumble home.
However, best ever venue in Detroit is DTE Energy. Front & center on the hill.

I don't see anything regarding sales of the Detroit show as of yet. I've been checking newspapers, the Hip sites, ticketmaster and even Livenation... Nothing yet. (tickemaster lists the show but no ticket-on-sale info)
