Thanks Chris, yeah for sure
melmobarrie Wrote:Following the second show, we went home but received a text message from friends who had been out at dinner and decided to stop into a club afterwards. They were a little surprised to have Gord downie walk by them and hop up on stage. We are still trying to get all the details but Gord apparently struck up an impromptu version of New Orleans Is Sinking - Killer Whale Tank version and at least one other song. Too cool.
Ok, I doubted this a lot at 1st as I know a lot of folks from Barrie and know lots of people involved with all the bars in Barrie but yesterday I heard a similar story, apparently this happened at Random Ranch which is a country bar (as the name kinda gives it away) and accourding to my source Gord knows someone involved with that bar, owner or dj or something. I heard he played a couple songs as well but I didn't hear anything about a KWT version of NOIS, but after hearing that he was there I sappose anything is possible.
I forgot about the crazy tale of Gord doing KWT (which never happened... come on!)...
Any who, this DVD is done and will be posted as soon as the Bala DVD is distributed.
This DVD will be posted this morning.
