Has anyone downloaded the new version yet?
It is pretty nice - but far from perfect.
I am trying to customize some things - like making the address bar smaller - moving the refresh and stop buttons.
Has anyone used this version yet - or can anyone help me "crack" this damn thing?
Thanx.
I downloaded & installed it yesterday. A nice change from v.6, but haven't had the time to get my hands dirty with it yet.
I DL'd it at work and uninstalled it almost immediately. There are some nice features but the deal-breaker for me was static buttons. Most can be rearranged in their initial cluster but unlike IE6, you can't drag an entire group to a different position.

I prefer to center the cluster of back, forward, stop, refresh, and home buttons but in IE7, they seemed to be permanently locked at the extreme left no matter what.

It might be kind of a small thing to some but to me, it's unnecessarily excessive movement.

No small thing. See - that is exactly my problem.
Who the hell are the smart guys at Micrsoft that designed non-moveable buttons?
I was hoping someone already ran across a "hack" to be able to design it the way I would like it.
