I'm in retail. I'm currently the manager of a VHQ video store in South Calgary. It's not exactly my dream job, but it pays the bills and then some, so I'm not really complaining. I'd really love to open my own independent record store someday. Work for myself, make my own hours, hire my own staff, and listen to great music all day. Man, that would be sweet.
i live...

next year i should be attending The Harris Institute in Toronto, taking the PAP program (Post-Production And Engineering Program)...trainging to master the recording studio...who knows...maybe i'll get to work with the hip when they're old and grey and still rocking out! lol! hey, a boy can dream!

really though, to be able to record/produce/engineer/master/anything having to do with music would be a dream come true in itself... if i like the school alot i might take their artist management program too...

it should make it a lot easier on myself to make my own music too as my masterplan is to eventually open my own studio.
I'm a Project Coordinator at the Town of Whitby. I oversee the road projects and do a lot of the public consultation. So if you have any complaints about the roads or sidewalks in Whitby, I'm your girl!

I work for a large commerical printer called Cenveo McLaren Morris & Todd which is located out by Pearson Airport in Mississauga. I did my summer internship there then started working there full-time in my fourth year of University (Rye-High). I was a project coordinator (one of the most thankless jobs in the world, especially at this company) for 4 years when I created my own position which I have been doing for a year now. It's kinda a cross between a Designer/Coordinator/IT Support/Client Support position but I really do love it.
I am the Creative Assistant for Scholar's Choice - Canada's Neighbourhood Toy Store. I basically do all our deisgn work. From signs, to coupons, gift cards, catalgoue, flyers, brochures, magazine ads. Anything with a Scholar's Choice logo, I did. It's a great job, the peopl in my office are great, and I can sit and play with toys all day, how cool is that.

So if any of you need to buy some toys check out out store, and look around at the signage and everything, that was me!!
