....whats the deal? who's opening, the constantines or buck 65? i was really hoping to see the cons, one of my favourite canadian bands. where can i find out?

The Constanstines are opening that show.
*edit*: Maybe it's Buck 65. I was just going by the email I was sent from thehip.com. That's my source but it differs from the list of openers listed in that other list.

....thats what the e-mail from thehip.com said but someone on the board here said that the toronto sun had buck 65 as the opener in hamilton.

Yeah, it appears to be Buck 65 opening on Feb 5, 6, and 8th. It's listed on the homepage of Buck 65 as official.

wow, really eh? i'm so disappointed right now its unreal. when i found out the hip were coming to copps i sped home from workand thought, wouldn't it be great if the cons opened for them.... it would be perfect. and sure enough the e-mail showed the cons for hamilton and i nearly shit myself. now i'm not half as excited as i was a coupleof days ago. don't get me wrong i love the hip and can't wait to see them again but ijust thought it would be perfect to see the cons and the hip in one night.

I see where you're coming from. If I was going to one of the shows I'd much rather have the Constantines open.

i received that in an e-mail from thehip.com but i couldn't find it on the site. it has all the concert info but no openeing act for any of the dates. think you could provide a link? this would be so much more easier if those damn constantines would just update their f-ing site.

The Hip's website has The Constantines opening and Buck 65's website has him opening. Confusing stuff.

indeed...if cons are playing they'd be the meat to a pair of buck 65's bread...so i spose it's possible it will indeed by buck.
then there's a theory that playing in t.o. and the hammer in the same week will attract a lot of the same people so perhaps it is buck one, cons other.
