Can you make sense of this?

It appears to me that the "ghost car" drives over the fence without destroying or damaging it, then it snaps back into place. How that happens, I don't know. But if you watch the last few seconds of the police video you can see the fence swaying back and forth. (Look at the fence at 1:34 to 1:36 on the video and again on the replay at 1:50 to 1:51).
I bet it went underneath the fence, that is what it looks like to me.
I guess we have to face it, first The Hoff gets hammered and wets himself waiting for a plane (allegedly), and now Kitt has turned to crime and is using Turbo Boost to do those implausible jumps.
