More recently I've discovered that the "It's the song I hate" intro to Fire in the Hole is from Sonic Youth's Youth Against Facism.

Baby Please Don't Go was written by Big Joe Williams, a classic Delta bluesman.

"Summer Side of Life" (Lighfoot) was covered by the Hip. Of course, "Going, Going Gone" (Dylan) also. I know most people know but Gord covered Neil's "Tonight's the Night", "Barstool Blues" and Dylan's "Nobody 'Cept You" also, along with "Fortunate Son" (CCR).

i really like seven days, that's probably my favourite hip cover
