I'll start, my roommate and I are having a party at our apartment today, BBQ, swimming ect with our friends from work (which will be mostly Americans, and a few South Africans, since we are in California)

. I might muster up the energy to get out at least to see the great fireworks display my little town puts on.
Although i am not Canadian, I joined at least one of your countrymen and shaved....

i watched the fireworks from my friend's balcony, beer in hand, Hip playing as the soundtrack...Tiger The Lion is an excellent firework song.
went to hess village in hamilton with some buddies from res, hit a few bars, it was a good time.
I had an awesome Canada Day weekend! Went to see The Hip (with Sam Roberts & Matt Mays) Friday night, went to my uncles cottage Saturday & then to the fireworks Saturday night in Charlottetown, then went to see Theory of a Deadman & Three Days Grace tonight.
started the day w/ neil young & doa tunes on the go, took it easy all afternoon & watched the jays beat the phillies (with a keiths 'celeberation' 15 pack)
the local fireworks got cancelled due to rain, but i went to a few parties anyway with a campfire,guitars, coolers & joints, good times
i must've been wrecked since i forgot my acoustic guitar @ one place and lost my zippo somewhere along the way argh
Went to visit friends in Hamilton and Waterloo. And drank heavily!
I hit the beach in Grand Bend with a cooler of bud light at 11:30 and ended up passed out on the beach at 9:00 :oops: Apparently the combination of no food and a case of beer really lessen your odds of making it to the bars at night...
