I did that that last summer when I was buying John Stewart tickes. I picked inter'l pick-up and couldnt properly fill out my address and credit card info.
You have to be careful when filling it out. No room for mistakes.

Just for future reference something that will eliminate this problem altogether is to preregister with Ticketmaster and input all your information. Then a couple of hours before the ticket on-sale, log in to ticketmaster and set your browser to remember your password so each time you log in, it will just continue through for you. Then when the presale link comes up, you won't have to worry about figuring out your password or entering any of your personal information.
These little tips have worked for me so maybe they might help you out too! :thumb:
