PHENOMENAL concert from late in the Cross Canada Phantom Power tour. Tracks that stood out to me were "Flamenco" (a little heavier than normal) and also "ABAC" (they just don't play it the same anymore ) Really decent sound quality. Does this torrent go to 100%, its hung up at 99.96%

It originally went to 100% on my bittorrent, and then after a necessary reboot (due to the installation of a new program), it would only go up to 99.9%. Does anybody know how to fix this?
