Sam plays right after the hip but during the Shins performance.

Has anyone heard of a warm up gig in Vancouver or Seattle? I mean this is a pretty big festival, and the boys have no gigs before then. Let's just hope they won't be as rusty as they were for Live 8

I'll be doing the same. Unfortunately the Constantines' set cuts into the Hip's, so I'll probably have to skip those guys, which is too bad. I love that band. But what are ya gonna do? It's the freakin' HIP! Aside from that one minor setback, it looks like I'm gonna be able to catch full sets by pretty much all the bands that I want to see. Good times lie ahead!

Good call Morg - you and bigA can have a Stella for me. I stick to the non-alcoholic drinks otherwise I remember nothing whatsoever and crash quick!

Sam at the Commodore Thursday, TTH at the Commodore Friday, and both Sam & TTH at The Gorge Saturday - definitely a memborable weekend!

It is going to be a long weekend, but worth it!
