I just updated hipfans.com with a bigger review...

Gents, I'm getting more jealous of you with every post you put up here.

Glad you're having an awesome time! If you get a chance to see the Hip again, well, just say something cool :thumb:

I wish I had been able to talk to them, especially Gord and Rob... jealous!!!

out of interest, anyone know the make of that Orange guitar Rob was playing, I really liked it...

Had a blast last night, got some great shots, especially for being at a festival

Please note that there is no cable in the microphone.... which Gord eventually tossed into the crowd.

10ft from me, so close, so very close

Robby plays an "orange" Paul Reed Smith guitar.
The retail value is typically between $1500 - $2500 Cdn.
They are custom made in the US.

You're a saint... I'm a bit of a geek for liking to know what type of guitars different performers prefer. I noticed he plays a Tele' too... thats good to see!

The 3 or 4 new songs they have been playing....Ocean/Try/Fly, Rink and Drop Off sound awesome. I simply cannot wait for this studio album.

Great photo, Dreyfuss! Looking forward to seeing more. Not to mention all the audio/video footage you guys are going to come back with. :thumb:
