Same thing for me... which is what caused the bruises on my arms and legs. I thought it was a unique situation for me, so I didn't want to post about it. :oops:

I had all 4 removed at once as well. I was awake for the whole thing as well which was kinda wierd. I couldn't feel anything but a bit of pressure now and then but it was pretty sureal when they got in there with a hammer and chisle to break them up!!
didn't really bother me too much afterwards other than getting food stuck in the crater-like holes for a couple weeks.
Make sure you avoid getting "dry-socket". My wife got that and it was a very painful experience for her for a week or so.
