i swtiched over to the junos and saw the lamest "rap" act i have ever seen. i don't even know who he was. just some wanna-be rapper in a wife beater, with 2 of the ugliest dancers i have ever seen. i think he picked them up on pizza corner, in halifax, last night.

People were talking but I thought I heard Jann Arden make a comment about wearing a bra made of seal skin? Was I hearing things? Is she for seal clubbing? I was a little surprised at the cold reaction Pam got to her seal comments but it is the east coast of Canada where the hunt takes place so...no big deal.

I turned on the Junos halfway into his act, watched ten seconds of it, then switched it off for the night.

I will agree that for the most part Canadian rap is brutal. Hey just look at Snow . But I will agree with Dire that Buck and K-OS are definately cool.

Massari......isnt rap. He is......is.....shit, I dont know. shit. Sad thing is, they has got to be massari fans out there. who they are, well I dont know. but i do know they all, with their greased back hair and gold chains, hang out at this one bar here on sundays.

Rap is quite good. As far as Canadian rap......ya, you might have a hard time finding anything worth while.....although swollen members are good, but I lost all respect for them after they used some hells angels in one of their videos.

As for Can Rap, Im not really a fan of the genre but there is definitely some talent here. As for Kardinal he needs to take a chill pill, and once he gets some talent then he should start voicing his opinions, maybe then they will carry some weight. I think what he said is hilarious, I can hear the Juno people having panic attacks right now..Kardinal is gone, now what do we do? Someone get Gowan on the phone quick!
