Wow, that stuff really gets me going. How can people be some stupid. I really hope those guys get kicked out of the league for acting like that. Half that stuff is border line assault! Swing sticks and punching lines men, just stupid. That is not hockey.
I wonder if that 2nd one is from the Quebec Semi Pro League. I saw a documentary called "The Chiefs" that follows the Laval Chiefs of the QSPL, and it's not uncommon for there to be 10 fights in a game in that league. Half the time the guys already have their gloves and helmet off before the puck is even dropped. One of the main people featured in the movie played in local the Jr. C league here and I ended up going to college with him. At least in that league in Quebec they just fight one on one and don't resort to sucker punches and stick swinging like in that first video.
