Well, I have no use for portable content.

But I have less use for silly complaints. I for one appreciate the fact that MAv has an open dialogue with fans through the Hipbase. I appreciate being asked. And I think that goes for the overwhelming majority here.

If MAv were to go around with a nametag, he'd never have to buy his own beer again.

Now, beer ... that's my idea of "portable content...."

A long time ago, I used to play the game of Ultimate Frisbee pretty competatively. Our team was called . . . "Beer Me."

I realize many people have no use for content like this, but hey, it's fun, well, at least to me.

Thanks for the support all, but let's not turn this into a MAv. appreciation thread. I feel the love already.

Cheers. . . . Beer Me (left hand goes up above my shoulder and is waiting patiently for a cold one to materialize).
Oh wow, I finally have a reason to use my phone's web browser, thanks!

Well, now I finally have something to do during my boring classes besides doodling and sleeping. If it's your mission to get my GPA down as far as it can possibly go, you're doing a damn good job at it.

Cut to visual of several hundred concert-goers in Hipbase T-shirts with nametags that say "Hello, My Name is MAv"

Not that bad an idea...
although people probably wont think a tall and scrawny 17 year old is MAv. Unless people have very limited knowledge about thehip.com and hipbase.

Geez, thanks MAv, now i've got a reason to go get a web-enabled phone.
I have a PalmOne Tungsten E2, that has a web browser built in, and I am excited to see what this Hip stuff is. Problem is that I can't figure out how to get onto the web in my Palm. It can never find a connection... Oh well I'll figure it out someday and then I'll use this sweet links.

I admit, it's not THAT exciting. It's text, just plain text, but, it is easy and fast to read on a mobile device, and all the HSP entries are there and all the song lyrics and that's what it's made for.

Just what I was thinking! The darn thing seemed like a useless feature otherwise!

Hey Go®d - where do you think the marketing company would have come to? Duh!
