That is what I have heard there - or at least something to that effect.
There are also a couple songs on Phantom Power that have a "cool" at the end, when you turn up the volume. I think The Rules and Thompson Girl.

When i searched NOIS is sinking, a few pages of results (to say the least came up). I'm too lazy to sift through it.

While driving in my car I have heard someone say "cool" at the end of Thompson Girl.

As the last post in the 3 year old thread hinted at, I wonder if the guys in the band know about this.
