when that box pops up, for user name and password, is that say "chancellor" as a user name or your email address like when you log into the hip site??

I can't get on for the life of me...trying w/ 2 different computers. I can get on the main thehip.com page (takes 2 minutes to load), but pressing the FotL button is getting me nowhere
