I haven't heard anything officially about the release date of this album, but I was at Best Buy today and they had it listed as March 6. Anybody else hear anything?

interesting. I have a buddy who is a die hard PJ fan. Ill ask him on monday

The 6th is a Monday, which wouldn't really make sense, seeing as how new records are always released on Tuesdays...I've been hearing heavy rumours of May the 9th, with the single being released sometime in early March...

I've heard April 11 which is the same day for new Sam Roberts

as for the release date, i've heard so many dates i dont know what to believe!! sometimes i even forget!!!

May 2 has been the date I've seen the most of with a new single "Worldwide Suicide" being released in the next four-to-six weeks. Just poke around on the Pearl Jam message board, there are a ton of threads about rumours there.

This was posted on the PJ message board from someone who works at a record store. Obviously things could change but with all the rumours going around I would say a May release date seems to be the plan as of right now.

can't wait! they were so kick ass on the fall tour last year...new album is going to own...just like Riot Act owned everything else that came out that year.

can't wait for the new PJ album! saw them for the first time in halifax on the '05 tour. one of the best live shows i've ever seen!

new PJ, new hip, and new chili peppers this year. a good year for music.

hoping PJ comes back to the maritimes for the album tour!
