So it has taken a couple of weeks (who am I kiddin' - maybe a little longer) but all the files from hipcovers.com have been renamed and uploaded to covers.hipfans.com. Come and have a look! You might just find something you were looking for!

how do we add our own covers? I can't seem to find an option to "register" anywhere, and I've tried logging in with my tracker credentials but no luck...
The tracker and the covers database are completely separate.
The register feature was turned off while we worked on the site... and I forgot to turn it back on. Oops.
I've done it now, and it should be good to go.
I've registered on the covers site... but I'm having a difficult time trying to upload a few covers. Can anybody help me out?

clearlyentranced just gave me a walkthrough. Thanks! But now that the file(s) are uploaded, is there a way to put them in their proper section? Like... How do I put my file in the "2005" section?
For now, I think that Trev and I will have to do that... but we'll work on a software change that will allow you to put them into the correct folders when you upload them.

Yup - wasn't me but it can be corrected fairly quickly!
The package that I produced for that event is a DVD, so that's where I put your cover.

Yeah, I thought of that afterwards. So I guess it's more my fault than yours, sorry about that :thumb: Anyways, it is for an audio cd... just for clarification.
I hate to be a pain, but when I went to upload some other covers that I made, this came up:
Error
Disk quota exceeded
You have a space quota of 1024K, your files currently use 948K, adding this file would make you exceed your quota.

Let's do it this way... email all of the covers you want to post to me at covers at hipfans dot com
Name each file as follows: YYYY-MM-DD - CITY/Show/etc
I just got the eCard's sorted out. You can now send any of the covers as an eCard to any recipient.
As well, I think that the upload process should be easier now. If you have any issues, send Trevor or me a PM.
