I made an eBay buy the other day, and it finally came in. It was advertised as an advanced copy of M@W, and it was going for 4 bucks... it would have been a crime NOT to buy it. Here are some pics (attatched), and does anybody know anything about this?
If it's not real, it's an incredible counterfit. Good eye on the buy. My two cents is as long as you're not buying a promo copy of the to-be-released record, all is good. "Not for re-sale" is merely a suggestion

It's legit. I have one of those as well. Mine was given to me by a co-worker in April of 2000 right around when it was leaked to the internet. My co-worker was friends with Jake Gold and at the time I was working for Attic Music Group, the label that Nickleback started with but eventually moved on.....
So a simple answer is, yes it's legit and it's a copy of the advanced version of the album.
