Has anyone else ever noticed how Roenick is always the best player on most of the EA Sports NHL games...all the way to to NHL 94 (a classic)...he always seemed to be beter than everyone else, no matter what team
My brother and i decided that the programmer of the game must have been a die hard roenick fan, or maybe family member...lol
looks like mario isnt gonna play either

Too bad... but I'm not surprised given his un-Mario like play and his health concerns.
Hope this means some of the young kids will get a real look by team management.
My guess is this will also mean Joe Sakic as captain of Team Canada... and hey, you could do a lot worse than Burnaby Joe!
Yzerman is all class. JR is a hack.
HA :jump HA
Roenick didn't make the team! Will be interesting to hear him put two feet in his mouth now!
Stay tuned for some great sound clips on the sports channels in the next couple of days!

Didn't take long

Gotta admit, I never really liked the guy a ton, but he has made me laugh out loud a few times.
Once during palyoffs against the Leafs and they showed him on the bench singing along with Run DMC's "Tricky"
The other, just a couple weeks back in Nashville (I think?) dancing on the ice to KC and the Sunshine Band's "Get Down Tonight"
Yeah, he's funny. I saw a clip of him dancing on the ice against Colorado, and all the Avs were lauging at him.
I am glad to see he didn't make the team haha.
Here's a gem from the story linked above:
"I'm one of the guys that have gotten the USA to where it is today."
Sure you are, Jeremy, sure you are.
