I have similar issues and have contacted the fine folks at Universal, who are fixing it. It is most likely a flash plugin issue, as in you need an updated version . . . should be fixed shortly.

I love that scrolling graphic in the middle. Very cool. Looks like this site is going to pretty neat.
FYI, the trailer in the Box Set section of the site is for the bonus disc, so it's stuff I don't think has been touched on here yet.
