I don't think the majority have at all. I think there is a silent majority out there. I can't imagine what it would be like to be 16 years old and be faced with the option of doing something completely degrading or being completely ostracized by half the team. Kudos to those who have the balls to stand up and say no. I know I certainly wouldn't have.
Maybe I should have said "I hope the majority have". I hope you're wrong, but I wonder...
