Does anybody remember if either Gord's solo work or a Hip song was featured on the soundtrack to either "The Hockey Nomad" (2002) or "the Hockey Nomad Goes To Russia" (2005) ?
No, neither from what I remember. Tim Vesley from the Rheos did the soundtrack for the 1st one and Dave sang The Hockey Song in the first one too...Gord did a solo Brian Wilson song in his brother Mike's doc called "Dumped" that was on CTV a few months back.
On the subject of Bidini...there's a good Bruin story with Dave, Gord and Mike from the Bell Centre at a game between Boston and Montreal from a few years ago in Dave's new book The Best Game You Can Name
Thanks. Wasn't it the Beach Boys "Don't Worry Baby" Gord covered for "Dumped?"
