The silence if deafening..
This isn't normal is it? I mean..this time last year, I knew..I had comfort.
Now, it's like wearing wet socks..Seriously...I'm..not..doing..well..

Because they're waiting for the new album to be released in the spring.

I have faith that the Boys will be playing a New Years show.

They usually release an album sometime around June.

I have been trying the search tool to find the thread that listed the album release dates, and the tour dates that followed each......

....the search continues........

I think they should have it out west for a change. You folks in Ontario are spoiled rotten. You get to see the Hip 20 times/year, while us poor bastards out west are lucky if we see them once. It's our turn now. NYE with Das Hips at the Saddledome. Now THAT would be awesome.

They're waking me up Christmas morning. Stage construction has already begun in my bedroom.

Hard to say if there will be a NYE show or not. The Hip usually dont leave things till the last minute, if they were playing in December wouldnt the tickets be on sale by now?

But, now...what is really important is..
Has Rob retired the red pants, because..I'm worried.
I haven't seen them in awhile - and this disturbs me more.

I dont think they announced the New Years show last year untill the end of October or early November. I can't really remember when exactly it was but I'm pretty sure it wasn't this early

I was just talking to the Gord's and Paul at our show in Van...they are working hard on their new record...this producer fella is putting them through the ringer by the sounds of it. I can't wait to hear it.
If it's anything as good as IBE, we're all in for a treat.
