So we all know Mr. Downie likes to quote or sing other songs in the middle of a Hip Song, what I didn't know and maybe you all did, is that Mr. Baker seems to chuck in little riffs of classic tunes into the middle of a jam.
I was listening to fire in the hole (from the london recording), and in the end jam I hear mr.baker whip out 'pipeline'. Just curious if anyone else has noticed him play something a little familiar...
in many,many concerts during On the Verge (one of the best closing songs ever!!) a riff from Jesus Christ Superstar is played. (Im pretty sure its that musical, but someone will tell me if im wrong im sure)
