I regret buying a truck.... gas in Winnipeg hit 103.9! I know that is good compared to other cities, but hell, $60 to fill my truck.

Dont get me started on gas.. :x I saw on the news yesterday, of all places Point Pelee Island had the highest gas prices $1.15 around that I think.. thats brutal. Calgary was the cheapest around 87.
Our Volvo XC70 is $50 to fill, but I ride my bike to work. And I ride right through the rich part of town where all the oil and gas millionnaires live. Anybody want me to throw some eggs at some windows?

Here in Ottawa we're still in the mid 90's (96.9, 95.7, etc) but that dollar a litre thing is going to hit very soon, I think.
in suburbia of ottawa (orleans
) it was 99.9 today.
in buffalo its around $2.45 gallon have a dodge dakota about $ 40 bucks to fill a 16 gallon tank get about 320 miles to the tank full
if i worked closer i'd ride my bike but 20 miles is too far in this heat

Correct me if I'm wrong, but the Canadian prices you guys are listing are per liter, right? If that's the case, I'l never complain again as that would be ovef $4.00 a gallon down here. Ouch!

While here in the UK we are paying about £0.92 a litre for petrol and £0.94 for diesel, which at the current exchange rate works out at about $1.99/$2.04 Canadian.

If you want another reason to complain about the Canadian government and gas prices... consider that we get charged GST on the entire price of gas, which already includes gas taxes. So we are getting taxed on tax.
