Kudos to them for trying to keep ticket prices low for their fans. Like Jeff said, it's unfortunate that it's so hard to do these days.

I'm a huge PJ fan, but they are being extremely hypocritical by agreeing to play this gig. Committing to play a show at those ticket prices and "trying to keep ticket prices low for their fans" doesn't really correlate, does it? The Stones (or anybody else for that matter) aren't forcing them to play. They are going against the very principles they continually tout. :?

I think PJ will be back in Pittsburgh on their own and ticket prices will be in the 'reasonable' range that Ament mentions.
Why people are willing to shell out a bajillion dollars to see the Stones play the same old songs I'll never know.
