im thinking that its old like when Heksenketel came out. It is coloured similarly to it. though i could be totally wrong
go buy a black toque, bring it to an embroidery place, tell them that you want HIP in thick bolded letters, uppercase in red, yellow, and blue
sorry, i don't mean to be a smartass... just pointing out that it's a straightforward design and could be duplicated pretty easily by the looks of it
btw, he had the same toque on at the 'Canada for Asia' benefit performance on the CBC which was also the best performance of It's a Good Life I've ever seen... maybe the toque has magical powers for television performances! LOL

I thought the Queen's version topped the Asia 1, IMO of course......
I also think it is an older touque. That with the black on black, maybe the Hip are returning to their roots and leaving the suits behind.
